Some wheels arrive to our London alloy wheel refurbishment centre in a pretty poor state. However, many damages can be rectified, including cracks and dents. We advise all customers to send us a picture of their damaged wheel and we will be able to advise if we can help fix the problem or not; alternatively you can pop down and see us in person.
The customer of this Vauxhall Astra sent us a picture of his wheel which had a crack and we were happy to advise that it was a repair we could manage with ease. The guys welded the crack first, before rubbing back to a smooth surface and putting it into our lathe for diamond cutting. You can see the great result achieved, with painted inserts and a beautiful diamond cut face.
