Thank you for taking part in one of Diamond Alloys’ Competitions, we hope you enjoyed participating and wish you luck! As with all competitions, we do have some rules and terms and conditions, which we have listed below.
Competitions Terms and Conditions:
1. Only one entrant per household per competition.
2. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees that we can use their email address for mailing out information about our Services.
3. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees we can use his name on our newsletter and any social media sites associated with Diamond Alloys.
4. Entries must be made by the Closing Date and in the manner set out in the Competition Terms. Entries received after the published closing date will be discarded.
5. Diamond Alloys does not accept any responsibility for entries that are get lost, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, damaged or if you have technical problems trying to enter the competition.
6. Competitions are open to all aged 18 or over but vouchers will be delivered to a UK address and must be used in the UK.
7. The Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible after the applicable competition draw.
8. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
9. Entrants agree that we have the right to publish and communicate to the public the Photographs in any media including, but not limited to, online, at all times without restriction or limitation throughout the world and not only for the purposes of the Competition.
10. Entrants agree that we may edit the Photographs in our sole discretion
11. Entrants agree not to bring against us any actions, suits, claims and demands in respect of defamation or any infringement or violation of any personal and/or property rights of any sort from our use of their Photographs
12. Entrants agree that we have the right to use entrants’ names, likenesses and other personal information in conjunction with the Photographs.
13. Vouchers and prizes are not redeemable for cash and will have an expiry date.
14. Vouchers and prizes are not transferable to another person. Prizes exclude collection and delivery.
15. Diamond Alloys reserves the right to discontinue a voucher at any time or to modify any vouchers’ terms and conditions.
16. Diamond Alloys reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Competition and/or the Rules without notice for any event that is outside of Diamond Alloys’ reasonable control.
