With over 12 years of experience and state-of-the-art machinery our team can offer a range of alloy wheel processes which can repair kerbing damage, scuffed alloys, dents, scratches, scuffs and dings by using Diamond Cutting and Painted techniques. Diamond cutting can be carried out on alloys up to 22” in size and painted on alloys from 10” up to 21” and larger.
We provide a flexible service. You can drop off and collect your alloys or car Monday to Friday 8-5pm or Saturday 8-12pm. Alternatively, we can collect your alloy wheels from any location within London and the Home Counties area, either from a work or home address if the alloys have already been removed. There is a fee for this service which is applicable to consumers.
ALLOY WHEEL REPAIR CENTER
The state-of-the-art equipment includes a specialist precision cutting machine, a preparation room with ventilated benches making it as dust proof an environment as possible, a mixing room and cooling rack all on location for a speedy turnaround on all finishes. The spray oven has the capacity to 'hang' 16 wheels at any one time and is specifically designed to ensure no overspray contaminates other units. The set-up of the spray oven offers the potential and often necessary capacity to turnaround all 16 wheels in 45 minutes - efficiency is vital. All this equipment allows Diamond Alloys to offer a premium finish and a premium service.
